All your documents are processed as soon as they are received in our bureau. The procesing period is the same as that of the Russian Consulate in Paris. Necessary Documents:
- Application Form*;
- 1 photo 4.5 x 3.5 cm (no scanned or photocopies are accepted;
- Questionnaire of the Russian Consulate in Paris*
- Passport. Important: passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay and have at least one empty page for Russian visa to be inserted;
- Medical Insurance Policy covering the whole period of your visit to Russia. Medical insurance policy should be recognized in Russia, mention a Russian insurance company and the number of re-insurance agreement (can be ordered with us).
Additional Documents:
- Tourist visa : tourist visa support: a tourist voucher from a recognized Russian hotel or a Russian travel agency and cofirmation of reservation of a hotel in Russia. We can assist in obtaining tourist voucher and confirmation;
- Tourist visa for more than 15 days: your own voucher is required, as well as full description of your itinerary, mentioning cities visited in Russia, hotels and tourist program day by day. The itinerary should be verified by a Russian travel agency.;
- Business visa : business visa support: a telex or invitation provided by your business partners in Russia, accredited with corresponding authorities, valid for the whole period of your intended stay. We can assist in obtaining business visa support (please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail regarding this issue);
- Business visa for more than 3 months: HIV certificate is required;
- Visa Support - Tourism or Business: to obtain visa support through us, please fax to our office an Application Form* filled in completely ;
- Child mentioned in one of the parents' passports:please provide one photo and mention the child in the Consulate Questionnaire*. Free of charge.
*Important: please fill in all the fields of the Consulate Questionnaire precisely and completely to avoid delays in visa processing. When calculating total processing period of your visa it is important to take into account that the Russian Consulate is closed on Wednesdays.
